At PepiPafupi Trading, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

  • 1.1 You have 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt to return an item.
  • 1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds

  • 2.1 Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • 2.2 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • 2.3 Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

3. Exchanges

  • 3.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at pepipafupitrading@yahoo.com.

4. Shipping

  • 4.1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • 4.2 If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • 4.3 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

5. Steps to Initiate a Return

  • 5.2 Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • 5.3 Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • 6.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • 6.2 Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • 6.3 Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
