Shipping & Delivery Information

WE, as Pepi Pafupi Trading, deliver to any location worldwide. All our shipping and delivery arrangements are done through DHL and FedEx. All parcels for our customers are delivered directly to your doorstep. Orders placed over the weekend will be prepared for shipment on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of USD 15 per transaction, regardless of the number of items in your order. Free shipping is applied to all orders totaling USD 250 or more. Once your order has been paid for, we will reconfirm your shipping details as provided in your order via our email at pepipafupi@yahoo.com. Upon confirmation, we will immediately send you the shipment tracking number.

Delivery Timing

The delivery times we specify start from the moment of the order confirmation, provided that the purchase price has been paid and shipping details reconfirmed. It is our key policy that to avoid delivery delays or lost parcels, accurate shipping details are a critical component within our delivery supply chain.

Once the shipment is completed, whether through DHL or FedEx, we immediately notify the customer via email with the tracking number, allowing both us and the customer to track the parcel’s journey until it arrives at its final destination. Most deliveries are completed in the shortest possible time, depending on the global location of our customers.
